Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

As an aggregator platform, KashiGuide collects only the necessary information required to facilitate bookings with local vendors or generate digital reports.

• Booking Data: Name, phone number, and email to connect you with guides, boatmen, or rental providers.
• Astrology Data: Birth date, time, and location used strictly for generating Jathakam (Kundali) and Muhurtham reports. We do not sell this highly personal data.
• Chatbot Logs: Anonymous queries sent to Nandi AI may be logged to improve our travel intelligence, but they are detached from your personal identity.

2. How We Share Your Data

KashiGuide operates as an intermediary. We must share your booking details (Name and Phone Number) with the specific local vendor (e.g., the boatman, the guide, or the priest) so they can fulfill your service. We do not sell your data to marketing agencies.

3. Payment Security (Zero Financial Data Stored)

KashiGuide uses PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process transactions. We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details on our servers. All financial transactions are securely handled by the payment aggregator.

4. Third-Party Vendor Privacy Policies

Once your booking details are shared with a local vendor (guide, driver, etc.), they may contact you directly. While we mandate professional conduct from our vendors, KashiGuide is not liable for how individual third-party vendors handle your phone number outside of the platform's purview.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser Local Storage to keep you logged in, save your wishlist items, and maintain your cart state. By using the platform, you consent to these functional cookies.

6. Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To initiate a data deletion request, please email care@kashiguide.com with your registered email address.
