1. Acceptance of Terms & Aggregator Status

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services of KashiGuide.com ("Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. KashiGuide operates strictly as a Technology Aggregator and Intermediary. We provide a digital marketplace connecting devotees with independent local service providers (boatmen, guides, rental agencies, priests). KashiGuide is not the direct provider of these physical services.

2. Limitation of Liability (Zero Liability Clause)

As a technology intermediary, KashiGuide and its sole proprietor, affiliates, and employees assume zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injuries, or delays arising from the use of physical services booked through the platform.

• Boat Rides: Boat safety, river navigation, and life-jacket provision are the sole legal responsibility of the independent boatmen.
• Guides & Companions: Local guides operate as independent contractors. KashiGuide is not liable for disputes, misconduct, or quality of service provided by third-party guides.
• Rentals (Wheelchairs, Audio Guides): Rental equipment is maintained by local vendors. KashiGuide is not liable for equipment failure or injuries sustained during use.

Users acknowledge that they engage with third-party vendors at their own risk and must verify local conditions and safety measures.

3. Digital Offerings & Artificial Intelligence

KashiGuide provides digital software tools, including but not limited to: Nandi AI Chatbot, Jathakam (Astrology) Reports, Match-Making, Muhurtham Calculators, and Trip Planners.

• No Professional Advice: All astrological charts, muhurthams, and compatibility scores are generated via standard algorithmic software for cultural and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, medical, or legal advice.
• AI Limitations: Nandi AI can hallucinate or provide outdated information. Users must not rely on AI for critical medical, legal, or emergency temple guidelines.
• Zero Liability: KashiGuide assumes no liability for life decisions, marriages, investments, or travel disruptions made based on our digital algorithmic and AI offerings.

4. E-Commerce, Local Stores & Deliveries

KashiGuide facilitates the sale of physical merchandise (e.g., Rudrakshas, Murtis, Prasad) on behalf of local Kashi store vendors.

• Vendor Fulfillment: Product quality, guarantees, and authentications are the responsibility of the local vendor. KashiGuide manages the digital transaction and coordinates with third-party parcel services for delivery.
• Shipping Liability: KashiGuide is not liable for damages or delays caused by third-party courier services during transit.

5. Temple Rules & Civic Administration

Temple entry protocols (dress codes, VIP darshan rules, camera prohibitions) and local civic laws are determined solely by the respective temple trusts (e.g., Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust) and the Varanasi District Administration. KashiGuide has no authority over temple entries, and we do not guarantee darshan times. Users must strictly abide by local law enforcement directives.

6. Payment Processing & Commissions

Payments are processed via certified PCI-DSS compliant aggregators (e.g., Razorpay). KashiGuide operates on a commission-based model with our local vendor partners. The final price displayed at checkout includes platform facilitation fees. By completing a payment, you agree to this pricing structure. KashiGuide never stores your raw banking information.

7. Grievance Redressal & Legal Jurisdiction

As an intermediary, we are committed to helping resolve disputes between you and local vendors. Please contact our Grievance Officer at care@kashiguide.com. However, any formal legal disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of India and are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
