Shipping Policy

1. Aggregator Shipping Model

KashiGuide operates as an online marketplace connecting devotees with local Kashi stores. When you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., Rudrakshas, Murtis, Prasad), the items are packed and shipped directly by the local vendor using third-party courier services (e.g., India Post, DTDC, Delhivery). KashiGuide facilitates the order but does not hold inventory or manage direct shipping logistics.

2. Dispatch & Processing Times

• Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched by the vendor within 2 to 3 business days.
• Sanctified/Consecrated Items: Items requiring special pujas or energization (Pran Pratishtha) before shipping may take 5 to 7 business days to dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched by the vendor, estimated delivery times via third-party couriers are:

• Within Uttar Pradesh: 2 to 4 business days.
• Metro Cities (India): 4 to 7 business days.
• Other Regions (India): 7 to 10 business days.
• International Shipping: Currently not available unless explicitly stated on the product page.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination address. Certain promotional products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once the local vendor hands over your package to the courier, an AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number will be updated on your KashiGuide dashboard, and you will receive an email/SMS notification to track your shipment.
